Hey man, nice to see you around again. I remember running into your girlfriend at a party a little while back.

well this will be an awkward moment...

how long ago did you see her there ? i wonder if youre speaking of Katie.

she left me like a month ago, cause she needed time to herself. she destroyed my entire world when she left. it was the single worst thing thats ever happened to me and its been dam near impossible to get over.

you couldnt have possibly known that but i wonder what in the hell she was doing at a party.

:sigh

Damn that's the second time I've done that to someone. I think I'm the kiss of death to people's relationships. It was more than a month ago. I'm sorry man, believe me I know how much it sucks, except mine dragged me along after we broke up then just stopped talking to me and refused to tell me why.

Wow... this thread took a turn for the worst.

Back to the shift kit... they're out of stock... looks like KartBoy can't keep up w/ the rear shifter bushing demand.

I guess I'll be tackling this install later after the 6MT's on the car. Oh well.

Gotcha, dude. Sorry. In other news, I think Eric's going to start dismantling your beast today. We're still waiting on the driveshaft, and we were trying to not have the car immobile on a lift for days while we were waiting on parts

I knew that driveline was gonna be a problem.

The other issue is getting the rear STi axles to work w/ the WRX uprights... does anyone at the shop have any idea what we'll need to get that to work?

find out which piece they are out of. if its the "rear bushing stay" then do all the others cause that one is easiest besides the actual shifter itself. the front 6 bushings are a pain in the ARSE. they are what really require the dropping of the exhaust/removal of crossmember and all the extra work. and if youre already having custom stuff made or adapted those would for sure be an even bigger pain.

suggestion: have them send kit minus the rear bushing stay, when it comes in we can slap that bastard in fo ya. im sure they might even discount the kit since you would be so patient. ;P

she always described those as small get togethers, where everyone got drunk but her and she was taking care of everyone for hours while they threw up everywhere.

kind of curious about what really went on, im finding shes lied about a few other things. sigh

I sent TiC an email about ordering a partial kit... we'll see what they have to say.

Actually that sounds about the size of it. I was *told* it was party, but it was rather an awkward gather of people I didn't know or fit in with.
