WTB: $7500 Scooby - Subaru Enthusiasts Car Club of the Sierras

Hey guys, I know it's been a super long time since I've stopped by. But I have a favor.

My little cousin is graduating high school this year and needs a good running snow vehicle. He wants a Subaru (So he'll never have to pay for service, lol) but isn't set on having a turbo. (for that price he might get lucky with a higher mileaged bugeye as far as turbos go.) He prefers a stick but knows beggars can't be choosers. Oh, and something he can throws dogs and snow parts in. If you have or know of anyone selling something along these lines, please email me per the first sentence of this thread. Hahaha! Here is a 2000 RS with STi engine. The owner is a friend of mine, I have ridden in it and it runs well and pulls great. He is a mechanic and is actually the one that helped me do my turbo/exhaust/intercooler swap on my car.
The clutch is a little hard to work with, definitely takes some getting used to... but a great car otherwise
