Default high pitch whine at full boost

I just got my car back from the body shop and now I have a whine at full boost. It doesnt make the noise at low boost but gradually comes on as the boost gets higher til it goes away when the boost starts dropping. There is only 20k miles on the car and it really perplexes me why this is happeneing but all I know is that it didnt do it before it went into the shop. I am new to WRX's but not turbos. It doesnt sound like its off axis but I would love some input. Thanks for the help in advance guys!

Boost leak. Tighten the BOV fasteners and check the clamps on the Y-pipe.

It could also be an exhaust leak in the up-pipe. What was the car in the shop for? Would they have had any reason to touch the exhaust or poke around under the hood?

I had the car in the shop for front end damage. There was a lot of dirt and pebbles in the intercooler fins so they must have taken it off to clean it. That is the only thing I can think of. Otherwise the car was running fine. I will take it off later tonight and retighten everything and see if that works. Well, me and my car get to get intimate I guess. Hope she can take my dirty talk

If the IC was off, then it's almost definately a leak in the intake after the turbo, and more than likely in the y-pipe under the IC.

That was the only thing that I could think it would be. The engine wasnt touched for the exception of the intercoller being taken off for cleaning. Well now I have something to do after work then. Thanks for all the input, I will let you all know how it goes or just show up to the meet.

It was a boost leak where the Y pipe meets the intercooler. The four bolts that hold the pipes on the endtank were barely hand tight. Running like a little champ now....thanks guys.
