If it's worth doing... it's worth doing badly.
Default Turbo inlet hose recommendation?

Hello all,

My OEM turbo inlet hose has split at the turbo junction.

Any recommendations on what's a good replacement?
Or what to stay away from?

The install can be a PITA. The Perrin reinforced silicone claims an 'easy' install without removing the intake manifold.
They achieved this by moving some of the spigots a bit:

Any recommendations/comments on the Perrin or any other options would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Matt @ KSpeed has probably tried them all on some car by now. I would trust his input.

My cheapo doesn't really line up at the BOV port.

Doing it without removing the manifold is probably harder than just pulling it, but what do I know?

Cory installed a Perrin (the newer one reinforced with wire) on my car at Kspeed. I think they were able to leave the intake manifold on during the R&R. They have to cut off the nipples on the stocker, but who cares, it's busted. When I did the research, Perrin was the best one for the money. I was like you, just replacing a busted stocker. I'm still on the stock turbo and motor.
