Open ecu ie ecuflash give you complete access to the ecu. Including if you have certain smog things removed it allows you to "pass" them in an obd test.

Sorry forgot about the turbo...used 98 wrx TMIC, Stock wrx IHI turbo from a 99. forgot the rest of it..it did ok in the 1/4 just not much top end but the low and mid were a kick. could get constant...

Yes they sell fuel...all kinds of hight octaine goodness. Unleaded and leaded. Howevery no use in using it unless you are tuned for it.
