Really? Mine was cheaper than that on my evo, but there might be some other deciding factors on the suby...and I got mine done two years ago when the economy was a lot better.

Smog in Washoe county is easy. As long as your car is OBD II and you have no CELs your solid. Pre OBD II there is a sniffer test so I can't say how easy that is but after 97 it became very very easy...
