Hehe... I can adjust anything I want in my car's engine computer now to my heart's content... air/fuel ratio, spark advance tables, rev limiter, etc. etc. etc.

http://www.tweecer.com/tweecer_rt.htm

I highly recommend a similar setup for all your Subarus.

The only one currently available for the Subaru with that granularity is available to "tuners" only, and is quite pricey.

I don't see how you plug it into the carburetor...

One reason I haven't done any road course events with my car yet is because 94-95 5.0L mustangs are notoriously prone to pinging under heavy load & hot air temperatures... my car's done it bad enough just during 60sec auto-x runs. I got the tweecer mostly to fix that issue. I've been in the process of datalogging & adjusting for the last few days...

I thought "tuning" a mustang involved a light, and a twist on the dist cap. Did you get some sort of robot hooked to a laptop that turns the cap for you?

You better be careful... or I'll program my robot to go stomp on your car.
