Default N/A Spark Plugs?

OK, so once again searches on the typical Suby boards yielded too much and conflicting information.

Sparks plugs for a 2.2L N/A EJ22E motor --- just use NGK copper, right?
Any special gap I should be using?
Just go with OEM-grade wires?

many plugs now come pre-gaped.

It's always best to check however. It would suck to have issues because one of the plugs wasn't right out of the box... gapping's a 10 second job with a $2 tool.
