			Oh, regarding cars and game completion.  I'm not very far myself as I spent a lot of time getting gold for all of the licenses. 			Shit.  Just figured it out.  I had maxed out top speed and didn't realize it was increasing my final drive ratio.  So my gears are way too tall.  I thought something was wierd when I was barely getting into 5th gear on the main straight!
