Default adjusting adjustable sway bar

I just bought a perrin adjustable sway bar from mike, and I was wondering which way you had to move the bar to adjust the diameter of the bar, I set it in the middle when I installed it, but just wanted to know which hole is which!

Thanks, Chris

P.s. nice job on the new smileys scott!

Shortening the effective lever arm length of an adjustable swaybar will make the bar's rate stiffer; lengthening the effective lever arm will make the rate softer.
