The Signature Soups at Safeway are great. If you don't have the time to make it at home, pick some up at Safeway. It's my new favorite quick meal. Probably high in sodium but you can't beat the taste.

I got a bad case of food poisoning from their Pacific Clam Chowder. It took me a couple of months to like clam chowder again after that.

With the exception of NE Clam Chowder, all soups pretty much suck unless it's an appetizer.
