anybody know where i can get a 06 sti bumper for a reasonable price? subarugenuineparts.com is out of the question.

Like BOO implied, you're not going to find a new bumper for cheap anywhere... in fact the local dealership may be your best bet as the shipping is included in the price.
Don or Gaynelle at Lithia Subaru might be able to hook you up with the price a bit, tell them you're a member of the local Subaru club and Scott and Cory suggested you talk to them about a bumper. Even then, they may not be much they can do to soften the blow. Going used off one of the bigger Subaru sites, or eBay may be your only option.
