Default First autocross today

I just went to my first autocross today, and it was a blast. Thanks, Nick, for inviting me and walking me thru every step haha.

For those of you that were there, I was in the dark blue 2005 RS that was smoking cuz I was leaking oil (I overfilled it on my last oil change, and it was leaking a little bit from the top of the pan it looked like). Unfortunately, now I'm addicted, and that was the last one of the season. Can't wait til next year!

I was wondering about the smoke , It seamed to subside a few runs in though. My first event was the last race of last season too and the wait until april sucks. Welcome to the board and to autox

Van was in the white one. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. I like your exhaust, it sounds good.

I thought I did well on Saturday, but I don't really have anything to compare it to. My best was a 55.040, and I didn't hit a single cone all day, so I'm happy. Plus, it was a blast, and it was cool to watch all the other cars. That white STi that ran in the second group was sick as hell too! I was really happy he let me ride with him

I have springs, I just don't have 8 hours (or the know-how) to install them.

My girlfriend had a lot of fun in your car too, so thanks for that. Hopefully she still likes riding in my car now tho
