I've got one of those already!

Though the price is decent for the mileage. And if the tranny swap was done right, then you shouldn't have to worry about the gearbox... but most SVXi are basket cases. I probably wouldn't buy someone else's 5MT swap unless I know the people that did the work.

Personally, I'd love a low-milage SVX. But yeah, I'd want to do the tranny swap myself. It's on the list of things to do.

Heck, there is a 50,000mi SVX on cars.com in California for only $5000. Crazy.

Also, it says it needs a new windshield.

That's over a grand in repairs right there.

Unless you let the insurance company handle it... but be careful with that too, as you could end up getting the car totaled 'cause of a rock chip.
