I guess I'll set it the next time I'm logged into the server from home, unless you wana SSH in there and set it.

Btw, you can simply adjust the GMT timezone offset for the board for a quick and dirty solution to fix the times here. Just set phpBB to GMT -7, and that should do the trick.

Okay, I checked the server's time, and it's fine. It's updated by a nntp or whatever the protocol is for the internet time servers.

The issue is that the message board itself doesn't pull local time from linux, it just uses an offset from UTC.

What this means is that if you'd like to see the correct time, you have to go into your profile and select your timezone as "-7 hours" for the duration of daylight savings time.

I could change the board's default, but everyone's personal settings override the default, so no one would notice the chnage if I made it.
