Thanks for the thread Dee. As some of you know that made the meeting last night I'm here for a few days. Going back Sunday morning. The place I'm at right now (Ft. Sill OK ) sucks real ass, They have us on pretty much lockdown if we are lucky we get a day of every other week or so. We are doing lost of strange training, some 2 star wants everyone to know 11B (infantry) stuff. So yup I'm learning how to kick in doors, clear buildings, beat down suspected terrorists and all that.
When I get some off time I wear the SECCS hoodie and people have a hard time getting it, but when they do they like it. Oh yes the plan is for the unit to be in afghanistan by march 12. If people have lost the last post I made about my leaving and my new email here it is again christopher.r.murphy@us.army.mil that will reach me anywhere I will post an address to ship things to me in Afghanistan when I get it. A care package with seccs stickers for tagging equipment would be good.
anyway all I will take care of myself, I will keep my head down. All of you take care of yourselves too.
