Well so much for my fantastic comeback. I totally thought I had the win. The Champ should step up and claim his victory. Good Job. North Carolina and Coach Roy Williams deserve it.

I thought for sure Illinois had the season wrapped up. They shouldn't have lost that one regular season game I guess...

I thinks that one loss actually helped them going into the tournament. They really didn't have any trouble getting through the first three rounds. Then they played a very good arizona team and a more talented North Carolina.

I thought the game was great and Illi had a great chance to win, but missed some great looks

Yeah, losing teaches humility. My point was more of a joke, i.e. "they learned how to lose, and therefore they couldn't win it all".

Either way, I was pretty entertained this season, especially in the early rounds... there were some fun games this year! Esp. w/ the Wolf Pack in it. Even though I'm not a UNR guy, it's cool to have a local team to root for.

Plus, I tied for 2nd place this year... I'm usually DFL or DFL+1.
