SCCA Minor Waiver
Since I've been asked for it a few times, here's a link:
Minor waiver form Remember that if you need one, you have to bring copies of both parents' IDs along with the signed form to participate. Once we have one we can give you a 'season pass' as long as the top of the form specifies the whole year, not one event.
