Both, we do a high-speed autocross style event at Lovelock, as well as track trials at RFR.

Your car at your home track...

I'm in, but Infineon was the 1st challenge, others may complain... and becareful about switching it to Laguna Seca... that's my "home" track (though I've only driven it once in real life, I've been racing sims there since Papyrus' IndyCar Racing).

That was cool watching your vid. I saw 3 things we did differently. I downshifted to 3rd in turn 1 where you stayed in 4th. Your line in 5 is a bit tighter than mine and finally, I downshifted to 3rd in the hairpin and you visited 2nd for about a second.

Looks like we're taking turn 6 identically. I think you've got me beat in turn 5 more than I've got you beat in the hairpin. Everything else looks the same.

You DID figure out the trick to that car That understeer's not so bad, is it

Hey, we need to update the challenge on page one. And, I think it would be cool to post up the times of the top 3, so it doesn't look like Scott is playing with himself.

It's never been discussed so unless the "rule maker" says otherwise, they're available. I don't use them either.

Don't feel bad, I couldn't get out of the 1'03's. I only spent an hour. Maybe I can try a little harder this week. I also need to get me steering wheel set up, I suck with the controller.

We can give you some tips if you want, to help get you up to speed.

There were definitely some tricks to that last car that made huge time gains.

The controller is the biggest factor limiting my lap times. It's hard to hit apex's right, or keep a constant line or even brake consistantly. I never realized it though until comparing it to Scott and the wheel. It's so much more like driving, and way easier to be consistant. Stupid dual shock bs.
