I found this really cool service in this CC.com thread that lets you design small parts in a free downloadable CAD program, which gives you a price quote as you are designing the product which you then submit to the company and wait til it shows up at your door. The site is www.emachineshop.com. There are potentially TONS of cool things we can make for ourselves here and get decent bulk costs. Rotor hats, sway bar mounts, camber plates, wheel spacers, shifter trim, etc... rotor hats in particular are attractive to me because we could make a run of Subaru-fit hats and buy replacement rotors from good companies pretty cheap.

Please build in a 5mm hubcentric spacer into the hats.

Yeah, the spacer would really only be good for fitting Subaru-specific wheels that don't fit your brakes of choice, like P1s over Stoptechs, or the like. You could get away with it if you had +53 offset, but it would be bad mojo if you were running a +45 or +43 or something.

I've seen some reviews that say the finish is of varying quality, but I know I can handle refinishing a piece if it does what I need it to.....
