Default Nissan Skyline around town?

I was walking back to my car today around downtown virginia st and saw what I thought to be a 240sx with an ugly body kit. Seems like the passienger gave me hard look too. The back looked like that of a r33 but not a GT-R, maybe of a gts and it was right hand drive i belive. Also it had some kind of tribal banner on the lower windshield.

wondering if anyone saw this car around

Yes there is one in town. DEEDEE has seen it, so has another friend of mine. It is a GT-S powered by an RB-25det. Those are single turbo, not sure of the size tho. they only make about 214 hp for the R32 mod and 250 on the R33 mod. I would put them at about 220 crank hp for the R32. here is a web page http://www.skylinegts.co.uk/R32_spec.htm
another http://www.skylinegts.co.uk/R33_spec.htm
you can make them fast but I don't think he has done anything to it, just banking on the "skyline" name to scare ricers.

Its all in the name!
I saw this car again two nights ago. I believe the guy lives in the Northwest around Kings Row, because I always see him in the area.
Nice car.

Yeah, it just got here. I believe he lives on Mayberry (by waldens coffee). Anywho, I'm going to see if I can race it so I can go to Japan and say I whopped a skyline with my japanese domestic

I saw it a few days ago too. Don't like the sideskirts, but other then that it looks cool.

yes most people in the us are used to seeing GTR's in magazines and what not. On the R32 GTS and R33 etc.. the lights and front end have very minor diffrences the GT-S hood curves down and goes between the head lights the GTR does not the grill is sloted. there are other minor body diffs too.

The GT-S is a single turbo RB25 with RWD correct?

Saw what I think is a silver Skyline being inspected in the back of DMV down here in Carson an hour ago. I wonder if it's the same guy.

Someone said that the skyline is for sale. I wonder if maybe it changed hands. So fasinating.

When I saw it my first time I was staring at it as I walked by trying to figure out what it was. If there was a pole in front of me I would have walked right into it, because I didn't take my eyes off the car as I walked by. Then I drove over and asked "is that a skyline?" I think it surprised him that I recognized the car.

Its nice to see rare (to the US) cars.
