Default Legacy killed....

So my buddy Shawn's girlfriend's brand new legacy GT got rear ended by a flat-bed tow truck...The tow truck driver had just got his CDL and it was his first day ..His statement to police " I didn;t know it took so long to get stopped"...

Anyway...the damage is estimated at $7,000, and it will be repaired...Also, she is totally fine after the accident, just uber-pissed...

Watch out for assholes.

At least she's ok; getting rearended by a tow-truck can't be fun.

I know, turns out it is a tow truck from Pick N Pull....They should have been forced to buy her salvage from her...and get a new GT...

I don't know what it is about tow truck drivers, but a tow truck wiped out one of my work's trucks on Arden Way in Sac last month...Pulled right out in front a a semi-truck going 35mph...good move huh?

So with a CDL does he get a suspension or some other penalty? Just want to know if I should be on the watch for tow truck drivers now, in addition to speeding 16 y/o's and potato trucks.

That's exactly what the 16yo girl said back in '00 when she pushed her parent's 3/4-ton 4wd Suburban bumper into my Legacy's rear hatch in Carson City!

I'm beginning to think there is a subaru curse out there... people are just jealous of us or something. I had my STI smashed into (almost totally T-boned) 4 days after I bought it resulting in 7,000 plus in damages and injuries. And then a month later my new WRX wagon was rear ended (hit and run) by a drunk and high idiot.
