You can live under most bridges but the grip you get from Hoosiers is hard to come by.

Agreed, except I'm running Street Tire, so not really so good for me. If only it was the R3S04s.

...but driving around on Hoosiers every day, while probably fun, isn't exactly fiscally prudent. I'monly going to have the one set of 17s for most of the year, and I don't want to dismount my snows from my 16s.

You can use the A3 compound for Solo I probably, but you'll kill 'em off fast at a track day. Probably wouldn't even make it through the whole day. Sucks, if it was the R3 compound, I'd be grabbing a set to stash.

Haha, the first car I bought myself was a Mustang II/Cobra II -- don't know if it was made in Detroit though. Wish I still had that car.


R compounds in general are the dark side, are they not?
