Default Steering Rack Bushings

In reading "sportscar" tonight, I see that Steering rack bushings are going to be approved in ST and SP classes now. That's a great mod. Am I reading that Rule change correctly?

SP brakes will also be unrestricted allowing 2 piece rotors.
