As if over night my seat belts have all decided they will no longer retract without human assistance. If you have ever heard the "clang" while trying to shut your door with the seat belt in it, you know what I mean. So my question is, what should I use to lube em up?

This is usually caused by dirt collecting in the D ring, where the belt loops over at the top of the B pillar. Just fold the belt backward over the ring, clean the gunk out of the ring, and spray some silicone lubricant in there.
