It has small dents, scratches, and scuff marks all over. The screen works fine and it plays music so I guess the inside is "like new"! Custom belt clip INCLUDED. USB cable NOT included. Ipod factory ear phones included IF you enjoy getting a headache OR if your ear holes are perfectly round.
