Default FS EBC Yellowstuff Brake Pads 03-05 Impreza

Ok, I have a set of front and rear EBC Yellowstuff brake pads that won't fit my 06 WRX. They will fit
any 03-05 Impreza (excluding STi) models. I believe the box says some Outbacks too. They are a track pad but can be driving on the street, or so Alex has let me know. Anybody interested let me know. They are in box still with plastic and all necessary components for install.

As for price, I am going to be needing brake pads soon and I would like to pick up a set of Yellows that will fit the 06. So figure somewhere near the price of 06 WRX Yellowstuffs, front and rear. Or if somebody just wants to buy me 06 pads I will trade for these

Even though I already told nick I would buy some for his car and trade, can someone vouch for the streetability of these pads? I would like them to work in the winter, and I don't want my brakes to sound like a demon is being raped everytime I roll up to a red light. Thanks

Do a search for ebc yellows. I think the drivability of these pads has been covered in three or four other threads. The short version: they're passable street pads, and passable track pads, but they're not terrific at either.

Bang for your buck they are a great track pad, but a less than great street pad. If it is your daily driver, Yellows are a bad choice IMHO.

They are a high temp pad, very predictable and perform great on the track, but are not friendly to rotors when cold, they are noisy and do not have great feel on the street.

Oh sorry sperry, didn't think about searching... That happens to me sometimes haha. Thanks for the answers anyway.

Nick, I'll do a lil research and get back to you, but I may have changed my mind... Reason being, I tried to stop on a cold pad one winter morning, and when it barely worked, I almost took out a Benz with better brakes in front of me, but luckily I had room to turn before we collided

After searching and reading a bunch, I think I'm gonna go with the greens actually. Sorry nick, I got your hopes up. But in that thread you linked, Cody wanted them if they fit his car, which they do right?

Those yellows just seem like too much pad for me, I'm more worried about cold braking than track performance. What does concern me a bit is, can anyone comment on how the greens perform in the middle of summer coming down from Tahoe? Driving a little spirited, but not qualifying or anything.

After reading about them, they would be my first choice for track pads. But I don't track my car

Ok this is a bump for Cody...if he doesn't want them, or if they won't fit his Wagon then I will just try I-Club or NASIOC

Front

Front

Rear

Rear, the black sticky is the adhesive that EBC sends with them to cut down noise...these got test fitted before I realized the fronts wouldn't fit

Fronts and Rears in box
