RS : 98 transmission, 99 motor, 01 ecu
So as the title says, I'm attempting to use a bunch of different year parts.
From the research i've done (not enough) the 2001 ECU requires a MAP (manifold Air Pressure) sensor that my 99 motor...

also i read the 93 Ecu / harness will run the 2.5 but limit my rpms to 6k and won't...

Would i be better off using a different year...
Would i be better off using a different year heads / ecu ?
can i just use a different MAF sensor and the corresponding ECU ? (found a 2000 ecu online for $50)

i have a 1999 ecu not sure which years are also compatible, might just go and try to pick n pull this ?

Header for trade, and want to trade STI Heads
So my RS 2.5 Motor came with a nice looking aftermarket exhaust header. But i have to use a stock one (though it can be modified)

does anyone on here have a 1995 AWD Impreza? i need your VIN! I'm trying to find a 5th gear out of the 95 awd imp transmission (its .825 vs .780 of my 98 RS Transmission)
