Maybe for an oval series... but they plan to road race that thing!?

Drivers are going to be tearing those things in half for a long time before they get used to the rear of the car being 3 times wider than the nose they can see.

looks like a hatch to me. Lame we are americans give us a fricken Sedan for your top model.

Subaru does still do IRS (international rally series) and R-A (which will modify their rules for Subaru's inclusion)

Scott where do i find those 15" rim compatible 4 pot brakes?

http://rallispec.com/prod_brake.htm

RST-2621 and RST-2632

Or you can order them straight through the Subaru dealer. They're homologated factory parts for use in rally. I'm actually running the rear brakes on my WRX to go with the front StopTechs.

Not quite. All the Subaru 4-pot brake calipers are the same. The rotors are specific to bolt pattern, as well as the differences for the rear size difference of the e-brake drum and bearing on R180 rear-end cars.

I meant for the purposes of putting them under 15" wheels.

Merged into existing thread.

And Subaru needs to release some official pics soon. These ones aren't the most flattering for the vehicle.

Hmmm, looks like the shipment of Evo wings got mixed up and sent to Subaru.

God that's ugly. Much better without the wing... but still like twice as bad as the hatchback.

They should have left the mu-mu on it.

The back end is not a pretty sight, and the wing just makes it look worse. Hopefully they release a hatchback that doesn't look as terrible.

At least the brake lights aren't made by APC this time around.

I like it much better than the hatchback, but I don't like 4-door hatchbacks in general at all. The wing does look a little ricey-aftermarketty. The skirts too. I look forward to seeing it in person and later seeing it lowered, etc.

That is definitely a plus. I just hope it is released in that dark blue that was shown in the pics. I love that color on my car, and I'd love it on a new STi.

Side by side profiles. Its looking better from that angle. I think lowering it will help a bit.

Now if they could just do something about those damn rear doors (like not having them)

Then we'de have a sick car..

Why can't they just "borrow" the prodrive P2 body style OMFG, !!!

$1100 for 4 4-pot calipers? (or is that just the rear 2) and only add $200 for floating 2 peice rotors, its a lot of money... but it seems like not too bad of a deal ?
