Negative, ghostrider.

Without a ton more CF on the car, and a lot more stuff done, it's just gonna look tacky, like Scott's car (kidding, kidding).

That, and it'a meant for a WRX, which has a totally different trunk than you do, so it won't fit, and you can't exactly bondo CF

If you do want a big wing, there are a number of wings (OEM ones, too)designed originally for the GC/GM cars.

I would honestly say that you need a front bumper and suspension before even a V5 wing is going to look at home on the car. Just my opinion.

I really like the RS stock wing. I'd just get a 99-01 bumper (like Kevin's or JC's) and call it good; you can always get v.6 front lips, and it'll look really clean while still being pretty unique.

Don't forget... the definition of "rice" is when you put stuff on your car to make it look fast, without actually making your car faster. If you want to run wings and stuff like that... make sure your car is fast 1st. A bone stock, automatic 2.5RS with that wing, altezzas, and an intake.... is rice.

Here's the right order for mods IMO: rims/tires, brakes, suspension, power, looks.

Tires are bar-none the most important mod you can do to your car, every aspect of performance (acceleration, braking, cornering) have to translate throght the tires to the road. Now, make the car capable at stopping, since that will get you out of trouble once the car starts getting faster. Then focus on the suspension, since that keeps you out of trouble to begin with. Now you can start to add power, because by now you should have a safe, controllable car that you know how to drive at the limit. Once the car's fast, then make it look cool... chances are you'll be so addicted to making the car perform better that you'll feel like bodykits / parts are just a waste of money that take away from the car's performance.

On my car here's what I did:

Tires: I started w/ 18's and mediocre tires... I was a retard. They got sold. 17x7.5's are the way to go... with a good set of summer rubber.

Brakes: did steel lines, fluid and pads... WRX brakes are actually pretty decent w/ just those mods.

Suspension: swaybars and endlinks... they really cut down on roll and reduced the natural AWD push.

Engine: Vishnu Stage 0, about 250hp...

More Suspension: ALK, strut tower braces

Better tires: TIRES, TIRES, TIRES!

More power: Vishnu Stage 1... about 290hp... the car is pretty fast now

Looks: so the car's pretty fast now, so I added a few subtle STi body parts... and a not-so-subtle wing.

More suspension: Went to coilovers.

More brakes: I think I need more brakes now... the car's really fast, I can fade my brakes on the track... I can probably get away with just better pads, but I want the better feel of bigger brakes... but I'm still not sure what I'm doing.

Or me, starting with a lifted automatic wagon even slower than your RS

Wheels and tires.......lost track, since I'm on about set #5. Ran 15's, then 16's, then 17's currently, with big, sticky tires.

Somewhere in there, GC kit on WRX suspension to get the car down and dirty, endlinks, little crap.

Some bigger brakes (Wilwood 4pots)

I replaced my airbox with a cone because the stock airbox was a hassle, I have a header-back setup waiting to go on, but the car's still basically stock plus some major handling upgrades.

Then a little bit of cosmetic stuff, but you'd never know by looking at it, becuase I'm not into bodykits, that sorta stuff.

So my car's still slow, but looks clean, doesn't draw the wrong kind of attention, and handles really well, though that can be improved, too..

Just takes more $$......

That said, I'm a JDM whore, and throw money at dinky little parts that do nothing to make my car faster

Income is a factor, but only as a factor as to how far you can go. IMO, priorities should be the same.

Besides, your car looks awesome stock. It is the best looking Impreza Subaru ever built! I had to spend money on mine just to get it to look almost as good as the '98-'01 models!

A drop, painted sideskirts, and clear corners will help looks 10x over a hideous Zerosports replica.

Except the pedal has always felt to me like it has a ton of travel... making the brakes confidence inspiring on those cars would be my #1 priority.

Listen to JC, he knows rice.

And I did most of the stuff to my car before I even had a decent job

Just do some suspension and brake work before you start worrying about power.

Yeah, it's hard to heel-toe when the brakes like to go to the floor. The car stops, and doesn't fade too easily, but modulation could be better. I keep thinking I should just pull the vacuum lines to the brake booster and drive it w/ assist for better feel.
