Hey Debbie... not sure if you noticed, but the majority of us have cars *instead* of girl friends. Sure they cost more, give us just as many headaches, and won't make us a sammich no matter how much we beg... but at least car's don't talk back or bang your best friend.

Hahaha...Good points all around...I like Debbies Idea though, it would be funny to read a review from that perspective, of all the suspension set ups..

FYI http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...highlight=s203
there are different JDM pink springs for each year, the 05's are different rates and in fact lower the front more than the rear as seen in this post. now the key is finding a vendor that will actually provide the real s203 springs vs the 04 pinks. or s202's. i have a PM to the owner of that car to see where he got them.

alrighty, this is what i have found. s203 pinks dont exist. s203's are equipt with tuned by arai coilovers. verified.
tein and tanabe BOTH, admit that the design of the springs for the sti was flawed and the less tolerant 05 suspension clunks and makes this design aparent. hence the redesign. verified. tein changed the drop, tanabe changed both drop and rates. a few vendors and suspension experts i have talked to came up with a perfect rate for springs without naming a designer. the rate was 280/230 (espelir). so my choice is clear, and will be made this week. espelir gt's 280/230 1.2f .8r more drop less rake tanabe gf210 323/245 1.0f .5r less drop more rake YES, i am getting the ohlins, as soon as my old impala sells. which means some lucky seccs member will get these springs prolly half price. but its looking like the impala sale might take all summer. so i want satisfaction, hell im american. need instant gratification! NOW! HURRY! GET TO DA CHOPPPA! HELP ME DECIDE. i have stared at numbers far tooo long, perhaps an unbiased opinion would help me out.

Talking to myself but, I hate when threads go dead without resolution. If people ever need the same info that im looking for they would wind up with nothing. Ill see this one through.

I have no input on your rate decision, but I don't know what the hell they're talking about on Tanabe's spring description pages.
""210" stands for 2100n/m of tensile strength, which is the highest strength ever acheived in a coil spring." That statement makes absolutely no sense.
